HR Analyst / People Co-Ordinator - Slough (Hybrid - 2 days a week in office) - £35000 - £40000
Our Client:
Due to expansion, this leader in their sector require a confident and experienced People Coordinator to help with the growing demands of the business. A friendly, people orientated business who have sustainability in mind with every decision they make.
The Role:
This is a hands on role in which you will have variety - included in the role:
Timely and accurate data implementation of all employees set up on the HRIS platform
Provide HR analytics and insights, and produce reports and presentations of data using various sources including excel and the HRIS tool
Ensure that storing of all HR records meet GDPR regulations and are compliant
Support line managers with Probationary Reviews, disciplinary, grievance meetings and associated documentation
Support the implementation of an eLearning platform
Act as first line support for People related queries
Support the delivery of monthly payroll for APAC and EMEA in partnership with external providers
Support the People Assistant with on-boarding process
Assist with Learning and Development activities including induction, training needs analysis, skills matrix and researching and arranging external development
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with the recruitment processes
Research new ideas to reward employees and initiatives to monitor and enhance employee engagement
The Successful Candidate:
Ideally you will be studying towards the CIPD qualification and have previous HR experience from an SME environment. You should have experience of using HRIS programs and have the ability to manipulate data in order to create meaningful insights and reports. You should have a keen interest in employee engagement and a desire to drive an organisation towards 'best company to work for'.
You will need very good EXCEL skills an be able to manipulate data and merge information. As a key person in the business it is critical that you are a true people person.
Experience in Payroll is required as this role will involve preparing information and proving this to the outsourced company.
