Our Client
Wade Macdonald are working alongside a fast growing technology business based in Reading who are looking to recruit a HR operations professional to work alongside the HR Business Partner. You will work in a busy, fast-paced environment and you will be responsible for coordination and completion of HR administrative duties for the UK site.

About The Role:
Successful HR Advisor/ Operations will be responsible for overall HR administration and HR support. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Being first point of contact for employees and line managers in HR relating matters
  • Advising on HR policies and procedures
  • Documentation management
  • Compliance audit
  • Handling all HR communications including references, transfers and letters
  • Carrying out inductions for new starters
  • Providing general HR queries support and escalate to HR BP when required
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • General help desk enquiries

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of departmental experience
  • Previous case management experience
  • Good understanding of UK Employment laws
  • Knowledge of immigration and visa requirements
  • Previous experience of HR queries and first line support advice
  • Good understanding of compensation and benefits
  • Being well organised with ability to multitask
