** HR Advisor (M&A/TUPE) - 15 Month FTC Initially - Bracknell/Hybrid - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits **
The Company & Role
I am very excited to be partnering with a great business who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor who has M&A/TUPE experience to join their team! You will be part of a busy, friendly and passionate HR team whose work ethic is work hard, play hard. The ideal candidate will provide efficient and effective HR support across the business and throughout the employee life-cycle from on boarding to the exit process. You will work very closely with the HR Business Partners.
Key features include: -
- Working closely with HPBP's on M&A/TUPE work, redundancies and restructuring
- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business working in conjunction with the HR Services team
- Advising colleagues and line managers on process, employee relations issues, terms, and conditions & policies & procedures in a timely manner and in line with employment legislation
- Assisting and advise managers on HR processes including appraisal process, recruitment & selection process, Year-End Review Process
- Producing HR reports, monthly MI and statistics as required and analyse data to understand trends in the business and to support change initiatives
- In partnership with the HR Business Partners, conducting disciplinary, grievance, capability redundancy and consultation meetings with managers
