HR Advisor (Generalist) - Hybrid working

London SW1

35-45k plus benefits including health care, 25 days annual leave and bonus

The company

Working for an impressive organisation currently going through a period of change and transition and seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to one of their divisions. Whilst working within the wider HR team this role will report to the head of the division and requires someone able to work on their own initiative.

The role

This is a hands on role working both the head of division for the organisation and also with reporting to the Head of HR. Duties will include:

Ensuring that GDPR rules are followed

Deal with ER issues that may arise within the division

Work with the head of the division in the recruitment of employees

Deal with contract and pre-employment checks

Ensure that on boarding and inductions are scheduled

Support to team with both international and international transfers across the business units

Maintain accurate information on the HRIS system and in line with GDPR

Deal with any references

Ensure maintenance of employee sickness and holiday records

Liaise with payroll regarding changes to salaries

Work with the business to review salaries and appraisals

What you will need to be successful

The company are looking for someone with a good strong background of working with a HR generalist role and you will need to have ER background as part of your current role.

The business are looking for CIPD level 5 qualified individual with a previous and demonstrable experience ideally within an EMEA organisation. As this is working within a division of the business you will need to be able to manage your own time effectively, be confident and able to communicate effectively across all levels.

Good time management skills, an ability to look for solutions and be proactive in you the way you work.

This is challenging, changing and busy environment so is looking for someone happy to be working in a flexible environment.

Based in Westminster, London this role will required someone to travel to another business site in Canary Wharf for meetings.
