HR Advisor - Competitive Salary - Reading (Travel will be required)


The company
Wade Macdonald are supporting a fantastic, well-recognised organisation based in Reading who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR team.


The Role

  • Managing full employee life cycle process which will include; inductions, probation sign off and exit interviews. You will also work closely with the Senior HR Manager on all people cycle processes: Annual Salary Review, Bonus payments, Talent reviews and Development conversations as well as other projects.
  • Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members
  • Manage all employee relations casework including performance, sickness and absence management. Coach and support people managers to frame these conversations well.
  • Update the monthly key MI reports for the US. Liaise with Finance and key internal departments to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Support and run payroll on a periodic and ad-hoc basis.


What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous HR operational experience
  • A strong understanding and application of employment law
  • CIPD level 7 qualified
