HR Advisor - Hounslow (office based) - £30000 - £40000
Our Client:
Our growing client provide services to the aviation industry. Based in their head quarters at Heathrow you will support the HR Business Partners with all aspects of HR.
The Role:
- Act as HR representative in disciplinary and grievance meetings
- Provide support to the HR Business Partners
- Provide guidance and support to managers on all employee relations issues
- Work with recruiting managers to understand their requirements and advise on recruitment methods
- In conjunction with the HR Shared Services team, monitor sickness absence, provide practical guidance and support to managers on absence management
- Contribute to HR policy development
- Work on ad-hoc HR projects
About You:
Ideally you will be a CIPD studier (or qualified), have a minimum of 2 years HR experience and a strong understanding of UK employment law
