HR Advisor - Fixed Term Contract

Salary 30,000 - 35,000

Windsor, Berkshire

5 days in the office

Working in a truly impressive organisation, with a long standing tradition and a enviable reputation in its sector. This role would be looking for someone to be based in the office 5 days per week.

The role

This is a hands on role in which you will support the HR Director and work with the other members of the HR team. Working as a HR Generalist this role will include:

Advising stakeholders

Management of ER casework

Providing advice and guidance on Hr policies and procedure

Ensuring paperwork is up to date and accurate

Ensuring the HR system is also maintained and kept updated

Delivering reports on key metrics across the organisation

Working with the recruitment team, L&D team and supporting both teams in their delivery

Working with the teams to review salaries

Conduct on-boarding, inductions and exit interviews

Dealing with employment checks - including references and right to work

Deal with queries and provide advice to employees and managers

Management of ER issues

Work on supporting the HR team with projects as and when they arise

What you will need to be successful

Available at short notice for a Fixed Term Contract

CIPD qualified

Experience of working in a HR Generalist role

Knowledge of case management and handling ER issues

Good communication skills

Strong administration and organisational skills

Sounds knowledge of employment law

Experience in using HRIS or ATS systems
