Working as part of HR team this role is to support both managers and employees and would suit someone with good all-round knowledge across HR.
The role
Supporting managers and employees, providing advice in line with policies, procedures
Prepare new stater documentation, contracts, offers, screen checks, references and ensuring all relevant paperwork for new starters is completed
Overseeing on boarding and conducting inductions
Oversee reviews, deal with leavers
Give advice on performance.
Ensure Hr records are kept up to date
Prepare letters including dealing with disciplinaries, follow ups and change in working terms
Sickness absence management
Provide reports
Implement improvements
Guide and advise in areas of employment law and employee relations.
What you will need to be successful
You will need to be CIPD qualified or at least at the later stages of your qualification. Experience in ER and management of ER cases is required for this role. An ability to multi-task and deal with lots of areas within the cope of HR is also required.
Good communication skills, commercial awareness, ability to build relationships, ability to deal with sensitive information drive, passion and determination.
