** HR Advisor - 12 Month FTC Initially - Marlow/Hybrid (2 Days Office) £30,000 + Excellent Benefits **

The Company & Role
I am delighted to be partnering with a very innovative business who are looking to recruit an HR Advisor initially for a 12 Month FTC (a permanent opportunity may arise after the initial FTC). The ideal candidate will work closely with and report to the HR Director and assist with providing an efficient and effective HR support across the business and throughout the employee life cycle. Key features include: -

  • Providing day to day advice to all levels of the business regarding workplace issues and development
  • Updating and maintaining HR records across systems
  • Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
  • Assisting with ER issues
  • Supporting the recruitment team with best practice on candidate selection
  • Leading new projects and implementing new initiatives
  • Management of Reward and Recognition systems
  • Playing a major role in work reviews and HR change processes


What you'll need to be successful
You will ideally be CIPD level 3 and have worked within HR for 2 to 3 years. This role could suit an individual who has experience as an HR Assistant who is looking for that next step up to an advisory role.
