**HR Administrator - 12 Mth FTC Initially - Slough - £28,000 **
The company & Role
Wade Macdonald HR are working with a global business to recruit an HR Administrator. Working as part of a large and very friendly team, key features of the role are: -
Accurate and timely recording, tracking and responding to queries including HR transactions.
Administer employee/new joiner related transactions including recruitment administration (interviews & assessments, offer letters and contract production) and maintaining the centralised employee data
Reviews input into the teams work - i.e. volume, accuracy and looks at ways to improve the service they deliver.
Ensure a consistent customer experience across the Business for HR responding to customer queries and executing HR transactions ensuring an accurate resolution
Understand how the service provided impacts the team performance/ service metrics, calling out issues to Team Manger promptly and dedicated to identifying potential issues to service
Make improvement suggestions on services from customer feedback for better service delivery.
