The role

This is going to be a hands on and varied role in which you will be involved with:

Making sure that information is kept up to date and is accurate

Deal with queries from people across the business

Support the wider HR team with projects and other aspects within HR

Ensuring that the benefits on offer are administered and looking at costs for benefits to the business

Organise and supporting events that you will help schedule for team members

Support the HR team when there are any meetings and make sure that notes are taken and written up to then send to relevant people

Be a relationship builder

What you will need to be successful

With some experience already gained in HR you will be someone looking to really push your career to the next level and join a progressive business. This company is looking for a bright and friendly person keen to grow their skills, get involved in projects and really be a proactive person when it comes to finding more methods / better ways of doing things. It is essential that you have accuracy and are methodical
