Role: HR Administrator - Office Based
Permanent
Salary: £23,000-£25,000

The company:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is wanting to be an HR Administrator for a creative and interesting company. They are looking for an HR Administrator to join their HR team as the company is growing quickly and they are in need of an extra pair of hands!
The role:
This role of an HR Administrator would be working with 3 others in the HR team whilst working closely with the HR Manager doing duties such as;
- Weekly and monthly payroll
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files
- Check that any policies are up to date and make sure that processes are being followed
- Ensure that new employees joining are aware of the benefits on offer to them
- Dealing with documentation for new employees including right to work, screening
- Issuing contracts, offer letters and making sure that all documents are stored in the right place and are all correct before someone joins the business
- Dealing with queries from managers on any potential ER issues
What you need to be successful:
- Previous HR admin experience
- Time Management Skills
- Strong customer focus
- Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office Suite applications
