Role: HR Administrator- Hybrid Working

Salary: £26,000-£28,000


Location Maidenhead

The Company:

An exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain more experience in HR and work for a well-established, leading organisation based in Maidenhead. They are looking for someone who is proactive with a desire to learn to join their team of seven as an HR Administrator. The company offer a hybrid working pattern alongside a great benefits package!

The role:

The role of an HR Administrator at this company would include a range of responsibilities including:

  • Weekly and monthly payroll
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and the accuracy of the payroll is maintained
  • Dealing with queries from managers on any potential ER issues
  • Working with HR Advisors on more complex ER cases
  • Ensure GDPR compliance is maintained
  • Dealing with documentation for new employees including right to work, screening
  • Issuing contracts, offer letters and making sure that all documents are stored in the right place and are all correct before someone joins the business
  • Making sure that new people joining are aware of the benefits on offer to them
  • Input information into the payroll system
  • Check payroll to make sure the information is accurate
  • Check that any policies are up to date and making sure that processes are being followed.

What you need to be successful:

To be a successful candidate for this role the company are looking for someone with:

  • Previous administration experience within an HR and payroll function
  • Strong customer focus
  • Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Good data entry skills
  • CPP or CIPD an advantage would be great
  • Knowledge of, experience of working with an HR System would be great.
