Role: HR Administrator - Hybrid Working

Permanent

Salary: £24,000-£26,500

Location: Marlow

The company:

A brilliant opportunity for someone with a background of working in HR, looking to join a supportive organisation who are part of a huge community across the country. This HR administrator role would suit someone with experience already gained in HR.

The role:

If successful, the right candidate would be responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities as an HR administrator, some of these duties Include;

  • Supporting all aspects of recruitment, including placing advertisements, reviewing CV's and arranging interviews.
  • Assist HR Manager in the production of contracts and letters
  • Arrange Induction meetings
  • Assist HR Manager in checking data and producing reports for payroll
  • Maintain spreadsheets and chase receipt of job descriptions, performance plans, reviews, development plans and skills assessments
  • Manage the HR Inbox alerting HR Manager of queries received, responding to queries where appropriate
  • Assist in the implementation of HRIS and manage the data entry
  • Working alongside the hiring managers to help with interview preparation
  • Ensuring documents are kept up to date
  • Dealing with reviews of probations
  • Assist and co-ordinate information for the payroll team, making sure that they are aware of any changes to people's salaries or circumstances
  • Co-ordinate some of the training courses for people in the organisation

What you need to be successful:

  • 6 months plus of HR admin experience (essential)
  • Able to work in a high-pressured environment
  • Time Management and Multitasking Skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills
  • Previous experience in an education setting (desirable)
  • Enthusiastic team player
