** HR Administrator - 12 Month FTC Initially - Bracknell - £27,000 + Excellent Benefits **

The company & Role
I am very excited to be partnering with my favourite client once again (!) who are looking to recruit an HR Administrator who has the 'wow factor' to join their team. You will be part of a busy, friendly team whose work ethic is work hard, play hard! The ideal candidate will provide efficient and effective HR support across the business and throughout the employee life-cycle from on boarding to the exit process. You will work very closely with the HR Business Partners, Finance team and Payroll bureau. A graduate in HR will also be considered for this role. Key features include: -

  • Creating contracts of employment
  • Setting up new starters and leavers
  • Amendments to terms & conditions
  • Dealing with benefits queries
  • Inputting payroll data on to spreadsheets and making amendments

What you'll need to be successful
This is a great opportunity for someone to come in, roll up their sleeves and make real impact! If you have 2 to 3 years HR experience or are a graduate in HR, have an enthusiastic personality and eager to progress in your HR career, this role would be perfect!
