** HR Administrator - 12 Month FTC - Central Oxford/Hybrid (2 to 3 Days) - £23,000 to £28,000 + Excellent Benefits **

The Company & the Role

I am delighted to be partnering with a great high-tech business who are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to support the Head of HR. As part of a small friendly team, you will provide a full HR administrative service with a focus on delivering a great experience to the employees during the full life cycle. Key features include: -

  • Recruitment: recruitment support and administration for vacancies including sourcing, candidate tracking and updates, coordination, interview/assessment set up.
  • HR records: Organise, update and maintain employee records on the HR system and files accurately.
  • Prepare/update HR related documents, like employment contracts, policy updates, process documents, new hire guides and publish them as needed.
  • Benefits administration: Keep track of all changes, liaise with suppliers, update relevant systems.
  • Assist with payroll administration by providing relevant payroll changes (e.g. new starters, leavers, leaves of absence )
  • Ad-hoc HR project work.

What you'll need to be successful

This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 month HR or recruitment experience where you will be offered further HR training.
