The company & Role

Wade Macdonald HR is looking for a Head of Human Resources to join as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The business is a rapidly growing procurement and supply chain specialist company based near Farnham. Our client has gone through rapid growth over the last few years and are now expanding internationally. You will lead all people aspects of the business and drive the company's strategy to maximise growth and to deliver exceptional performance.

What you'll need to be successful

The ideal candidate with be fully CIPD qualified, have experience of operating at senior business partnering level, delivering a full, generalist HR service to an SME or business unit within a larger organisation preferably in the service sector. Experience of driving a positive change management agenda in complex environment. Sound knowledge of HR best practices and principles. Good working knowledge of UK employment law and some European employment law experience would be an added bonus. Focus areas will be: -
