Wade Macdonald is partnering exclusively with a well-established industrial business based near Brentford, who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Head of HR to join their senior leadership team. Working for a growing business, this role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for their next exciting challenge.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and deliver people management strategies across UK and Group
  • Lead, guide and support the wider HR team in delivering a comprehensive people service
  • Managing the training and development strategy and delivery
  • Propose and implement new solutions to address issues and maximise engagement


What you'll need to be successful:

  • Established track record in leading HR activities and teams across multiple sites
  • Previous experience of culture and ER change
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels
  • Previous experience of leadership in change management
  • Excellent work ethic and flexibility to travel to sites across UK and Ireland as required
