Wade Macdonald is partnering exclusively with a well-established industrial business based in Chertsey, who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Head of HR to join their senior leadership team. Working for a growing business, this role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for their next exciting challenge.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, guide and support the HR function across UK and wider company group

  • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies in line with current requirements

  • Research, design and develop HR initiatives in support of the HR & Training strategy

  • Develop employee engagement policies and processes across the business

  • Establish close working relationships with line and senior managers, providing expert guidance, coaching and support

What you'll need to be successful:

  • CIPD level 7 qualified

  • Previous experience of working in fast moving, industrial businesses

  • Confident communicator at all levels

  • Previous multisite experience
