The Company

Wade Macdonald are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a professional services business based in Windsor.

The role is a Head of Communication and Change role for 12 months, to cover the current incumbent's secondment.

The role

Working across with Directors across the business this role will support strategic change and includes:

Working on the design of change management and improvement

Ensuring integration of any change and improvements made

Review of sales processes

Working across projects to ensure they are delivered on time ensuring communication throughout

Management of a team of 10

Responsibility for implementation of change especially within the financial planning arena

Lead and manage financial planning

What you'll need to be successful

With excellent communication and presentation skills you will already have a background of working in change management and also need to have experience in:

Esign of change management and continuous improvement

Managing and developing through change

Providing direction

Completion of projects

The ability to develop and deliver the internal communication strategy
