Group Risk & Protection Specialist - Up To £30,000 + Benefits - Milton Keynes / Home Based
Wade Macdonald are partnering with a renowned client based in Milton Keynes, who are on the lookout for a passionate and proven Risk & Protection Specialist to join their established mid-sized team.
Reporting to the Group Risk & Protection Manager, this role holds full ownership over a portfolio of nationwide clients, in which it will be expected to manage their Healthcare, Risk and Protection data in an accurate and timely manner. Further duties and responsibilities include, however are not limited to:
Maintaining client relationships & effectively handling client enquiries.
Providing support with renewal projects, market reviews, suitability report preparation and follow-up actions.
Contributing to projects when requested and delivering within set timescales.
Obtaining illustrations and administering new and existing business compliance requirements.
Other ad hoc duties as required
What you'll need to be successful
To excel in this role, applicants must be passionate in what they do, whilst constantly striving to progress within their career. Other specific qualities include:
A Minimum of 5 years working within an Employee Benefits Consultancy.
A relevant professional qualification (GR1 and IF7).
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
An excellent communicator, with a desire to work within a busy team.
Strong systems skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent client management skills.
