The company:
Wade Macdonald are delighted to be partnering with a world renowned organisation in their search for an interim Group Financial Reporting Manager. The company boasts a Plc status and is a leading employer in its field.

The role:

The Group Financial Reporting Manager will have ownership of external reporting, and developing the processes and improving system performance. There will be staff responsibility of three qualified staff and you be required to take a proactive role in their development. The Group Financial Reporting Manager will also have ownership of financial accounting and reporting processes under IFRS. You will be involved in the development of accounting policies and procedures, as well as taking responsibility for changes to updates to/new accounting standards. You will have a proven background in wider finance projects such as process design, tax/treasury projects and acquisition/disposal accounting.

What you'll need to be successful:

The ideal candidate will be ACA - ICAEW or ACCA Qualified and 'Big 4' or Top 10 Practice trained, with a minimum of 5 years PQE. You will have worked in a Group capacity and will have a proven background in managing and developing qualified finance staff. The ideal candidate will be available at short notice (2 weeks max).
