Group Finance Manager - Controls & Reporting - Reading (Hybrid) - £80000

Our Client:

A rapidly growing energy organisation who pride themselves on their customer focus, integrity and flexibility require a Group Finance Manager to join their team.

The Role:

Working remotely from your teams you will work with Asia, North America and Europe working in a hybrid manner based in Reading.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller your main duties will include:

  • Treasury & Cash Management
  • Consolidation and review of cash flow forecast
  • Review and analysis of actual vs forecast performance
  • Work with regional controllers to improve cash forecasting process and ensure linkage to P&L forecast and analysis
  • Review and monitor the group's internal controls
  • Work with Internal Audit and external auditors
  • Work with Business Systems, Operations and Supply chain teams to ensure controls are embedded
  • Ensure high quality reporting
  • Work with Group and Regional finance teams to ensure completion of external audit

The Successful Applicant:

You will be a strong technical qualified accountant ideally with Big 4 experience. You will have an understanding of group functions and strong internal controls. This role will involve many projects and so project management experience would be an advantage
