The company & Role

For this exciting new role at a technology business, the UK Office Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will play a central role in supporting with UK's office administration, implementing office polices/operations, overseeing all aspects of the office and ensuring it operates efficiently. The post holder will manage the provision of outsourcing to external suppliers, contractors and operational partners. The initial key project will be an office relocation.

Office Relocation Project

The first key task is to assist the management team in finding a new office location and then execute a project to acquire the premises, get the fit-out completed and secure all of the key services needed for the team to relocate from Slough to Maidenhead/Marlow area. Other key features of the role are: -

  • Manage staff and operations

  • Provide administrative support

  • Manage office policies

  • Oversee office budgets

  • Manage facilities

What you'll need to be successful

The ideal candidate MUST have carried out a full office relocation project, from finding the new premises, relocating the offices and establishing the facilities function.
