Global Proposal Manager - Bracknell - £65000

Our Client

A global clinical solutions company, who have seen extremely aggressive growth since being established 20 year ago, seek a Global Proposal Manager to join their team.

The Role:

You will manage requests for proposals (RFP's); creating and finalising proposals quickly, whilst maintaining a high quality.

Deliver new and revised proposals, liaising with appropriate internal/external proposal stakeholders.

• Have a solid understanding of all service lines and key cost drivers that influence pricing.
• Be a strong advocate for best practices and contribute to pricing strategies under the leadership of the Global Proposal Director
• Lead internal projects
• Manage Salesforce dashboards and forecast reporting.
• Provide team training and drive process improvements.
• Navigate salesforce to track own workload and if applicable direct report's workload, ensure Price Book is current, and support ad hoc reporting needs.

The Successful Candidate:

This role has a focus on leading by example and managing workload while promoting team excellence. You will have the ability to:

• Manage own workload while leading internal projects, metric/forecasting reporting and direct reports
• Have a strong proposal process understanding (tools and applications)
• Contributes to long-term budget strategies
• Coach and guide direct reports, to promote best practice
• Be able to develop strong business relationships
