Internationally renowned organisation, among the best in its field globally are seeking to recruit a Global Mobility and Compliance Business Partner into their team. An exciting time to join the organisation as it reviews its current processes.

The role

An opportunity for someone to truly make an impact in this role which will see you:

Developing and expanding compliance

Work and look at the process behind the immigration policies for the organisation

Management of the mobility process

Dealing with on-board, international travel

Ensuring compliance with GDPR

Identifying potential risks and solutions

Developing robust policies and practices

What you will need to be successful

You will need to have experience in Global Mobilisation and this will need to include experience of working with the Home Office system. You will be able to demonstrate experience of working in an methodical, analytical and diligent manner and be someone confident with systems.

Excellent communication skills are a must, any knowledge of another language would be very favourably considered. This is a fast paced business and so you will need to be able to show that you can work to timelines and be resilient.
