German Speaking Administrator/Customer Service - West Oxfordshire - Salary based on experience

The company

A Global business with a superb reputation. The company is looking for a German speaking administrator to join their expanding team.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Collection of all debts and customers payments

  • Building relationships with clients and customers in Germany

  • Monitoring re-payment plans

  • Resolving queries around outstanding invoices

  • Providing accounts information to internal departments

  • Ad hoc requirements of the Credit team

What you'll need to be successful

  • Able to drive due to the location of the office

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Experienced in using Excell

  • Very organised

  • Good time management

  • Fluent in German Speaking/Written
