General Manager - South Oxfordshire - £40000
Our client who have actually grown during the pandemic require an General Manager with a varied skill set to join their well established team. The ideally candidate will have a strong administrative background including having gained experience within both finance and HR and finance, along with quality assurance and health and safety.
The position will be best suited to someone with a broad range of skills. Your duties will include:
Management of the premises, including liaising width the landlord and maintenance suppliers
Management and development of systems
Managing office supplies
Finance - managing performance against budgets, debt management and supplier payments
HR - managing the HR system, supporting the HR Director in the administration of training, producing HR data for the board
Health and Safety - Overseeing the implementation of H&S, management of audits and producing H&S reports to the Board of Directors
Quality Assurance - Undertaking internal audits under ISO9001 and ISO14001
The Successful Candidate:
You will be proactive and enthusiastic with a track record of meeting deadlines. You will be detail orientated with strong analytical skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft packages. You will have experience of both finance and HR and ideally have qualifications around health and safety or quality assurance.
