FP&A Analyst - Pangbourne - £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
The company
Great opportunity to join a fantastic global tech business, based just outside Reading. A supportive and progressive business that have their employees at the heart of their strategy for future growth seeing an FP&A Analyst to join them as they continue to expand their finance team.
The role
Reporting into the FP&A Manager the FP&A Analyst will be a key member of the finance team providing analysis and creating financial/performance reports. The duties of the FP&A Analyst will include:
Monthly financial reporting including Board presentations
Creation of detailed variance analysis reports
Assisting with the production of forecasts and budgets
Liaise with key stakeholders within the business and develop strong relationships
Work closely with FP&A teams across all of business
What you'll need to be successful
With experience already gained and having already worked in FP&A you will have experience in the above duties. Working in a team you will need to be / have:
ACCA/CIMA part qualified
2-3 years' experience of FP&A
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficient Excel skills (Knowledge of Macros is beneficial but not essential)
The capability to manage a busy workload
A willingness to learn and take extra responsibilities
