FP&A Analyst - Pangbourne - £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Great opportunity to join a fantastic global tech business, based just outside Reading. A supportive and progressive business that have their employees at the heart of their strategy for future growth seeing an FP&A Analyst to join them as they continue to expand their finance team.

The role

Reporting into the FP&A Manager the FP&A Analyst will be a key member of the finance team providing analysis and creating financial/performance reports. The duties of the FP&A Analyst will include:

  • Monthly financial reporting including Board presentations

  • Creation of detailed variance analysis reports

  • Assisting with the production of forecasts and budgets

  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the business and develop strong relationships

  • Work closely with FP&A teams across all of business

What you'll need to be successful

With experience already gained and having already worked in FP&A you will have experience in the above duties. Working in a team you will need to be / have:

  • ACCA/CIMA part qualified

  • 2-3 years' experience of FP&A

  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Proficient Excel skills (Knowledge of Macros is beneficial but not essential)

  • The capability to manage a busy workload

  • A willingness to learn and take extra responsibilities
