About the Job:

In this role, you will act as the Financial Controller, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports and manage key processes such as transfer pricing and treasury activities.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with external reporting requirements, including HMRC and Companies House filings.
  • Managing the monthly Income Statement and Business Unit financial reports.
  • Overseeing cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
  • Leading the finance team, providing mentorship and training.
  • Managing the annual budget and financial planning processes.
  • Safeguarding company assets and overseeing banking arrangements.
  • Acting as a liaison for financial information with senior and junior management teams.

About the Successful Applicant:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience. They should possess advanced accounting knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
