The company:
Wade Macdonald are delighted to be partnering with a world renowned Retail brand based in West London in their search for a Financial Accounting Manager to look after their Italian Ledger. Based in their lovely offices, they are conveniently located close to regular public transport links.
The role:
The Financial Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
Leading and mentoring a team of up to 3 qualified staff
Ensure internal controls and accounting guidance to multiple teams
Statutory accounting under US GAAP and IT GAAP
Identify key risks and control weaknesses, recommend and provide solutions for improvements
Communicate Accounting processes across the business
Ensures accurate and timey reporting of financial results in accordance with US GAAP, local statutory
requirements, and accounting policies
What you'll need to be successful:
You will be a Qualified Accountant
Fluency in written and spoken Italian
Proven knowledge of US GAAP and IT GAAP
Strong people manager, with a proven background in managing teams
