Financial Accountant – West London (Hybrid) - £50,000 - £60,000

The Role
Main Functions
- Manage the month-end close process, including P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and post journals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or part-qualified is desirable.
- Proven experience in financial accounting, ideally within a team environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, lookup formulas) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
