The role:
Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will support the finance manager in the post acquisition integration of a recently acquired company.
Responsibilities will include:

Work closely with the Finance Manager under the guidance of the steering committee to integrate the accounting processes and systems of a newly acquired businesses. This will include General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable flows.

Demonstrate a good understanding of the end-to-end process, the transactional flows, financial and operational controls and process risk.

Work as part of a cross functional team, including HR, Tax, & Sales to ensure a smooth integration.

Work closely with the local team to transition from the proprietary systems to Oracle EBS. Co-ordinate User Acceptance testing and results review.

Ensure core processes are documented and build tracking analysis to support compliance. Define and communicate the Delegation of Authority. Set up Chart of Accounts mapping.
Who we're looking for:
Required:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Process Orientated, understands End 2 End processes and how to leverage technology.

Able to work 2 days per week in the office in Didcot and travel to Yorkshire staying away 1 night per month

Strong communicator
Preferred:

Preferred 5 years of related experience.

Familiar, Comfortable and Confident with current technology and tools. (e.g. ORACLE , FUSION, Concur, Payroll, etc)
