Finance Manager / Controller - South Oxfordshire (Near Reading) - Paying up to £50,000 per annum, with added benefits

Wade Macdonald are supporting a fantastic client within the FMCG market, who are recruiting for a Finance Manager / Controller to supervise and compliment their talented finance function.

My successful client are expanding rapidly and with that brings opportunity. This is a brand new role within the business, which will be pivotal in the successful running of the finance team and reporting to Senior Management.

Role Responsibilities of Finance Manager / Controller:

  • Management of finance function (team of 7)

  • Development of financial controls and statutory reporting.

  • Annual budgeting and delivery of financial statements.

  • Manage prepayments, accruals and fixed assets.

  • Manage payroll processes.

  • Consistently monitor team performance, setting objectives and conducting appraisals.

What are we looking for....

  • Qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) or Qualified by experience.

  • Fantastic communication skills.

  • Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel.

  • Proven managerial experience.
