Finance Manager EMEA £50,000 - £55,000 plus £5,000 Bonus plus Benefits. Maidenhead

Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting a European Finance Manager for one the fastest growing IT companies in Europe.

The Finance Manager will support the Pan-Europe Sales functions in the acquisition of new customers and growth of existing customers in line with business objectives. The role will involve dealing with all aspects of the finance function from ensuring operational procedures are met, to preparing the management accounts on a monthly basis and assisting with annual audits. Overseeing the tax and regulatory compliance in each territory is an important element of this role.

You will be responsible for collating the management accounts for European territories into consolidated format. Assisting with the production of Management Information. Ensuring finance KPI's are met in terms of production of financial information. Ensuring all compliance requirements are met in each territory in terms of tax (VAT and corporation), payroll and filing requirements (statutory accounts, annual returns etc.). Assisting with the annual group audit, concentrating on, but not limited to, the European entities.

The successful Finance Manager will be a qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience accountant. You will have previous hand on experience of various European GAAP standards with knowledge of French GAAP essential.
