Finance Manager - Winnersh (Hybrid) - Up to £55,000

Wade Macdonald are delighted to be supporting a successful and growing Technology business on their search for a Finance Manager to be based flexibly between home and lovely offices in Winnersh.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the accounts receivable and payable ledgers and intercompany payments
  • Preparing monthly reports, quarterly VAT returns, and cash flow forecasts
  • Recruitment, training, and development of your direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in finance management
  • The ability to act impartially at all times whilst maintaining the confidentiality of the company and its clients
  • Prior line management experience
  • An Accountancy Qualification - CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent
  • An ability to manage and provide excellent service to both internal and external customers
