Finance Manager

Theale, £45,000 - £60,000

Wade Macdonald is currently partnering with a rapidly growing technology business who are actively looking to appoint a Finance Manager. They're an impressive organisation who are going through a period of exponential growth and looking to further their service offering internationally.

About the role - key responsibilities:

The primary goal of the Finance Manager is to analyse financial information, prepare financial reports with a strong focus on the technical side of ERP Implementation and management of the accounts team.

  • Strong focus on the technical side of ERP Implementation and management
  • Managing the accounts team
  • Maintaining daily financial transaction processes and ensuring they are recorded accurately
  • Developing, implementing and/or maintaining one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Revenue Reconciliation
  • Reviewing and interpreting financial reporting requirements, regulations, and rules
  • Preparing profit and loss, balancing books, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements
  • Providing a record of assets, liabilities, and financial transactions
  • Interpreting reports and records for stakeholders
  • Building productive internal/external working relationships

What you will need to be successful:

  • Previous experience within accounts with experience on ERP implementation and management
  • Part qualified, qualified by experience, and qualified by experience candidates would be considered
