Finance Manager, High Wycombe

£45,000 - £55,000

The company

Working for an impressive SME business this role is for a hands on Finance Manager who is able to support and manage a team whilst also being able to deliver accurate financial information to the leadership team.

The role

A hands on role in which you report to a Financial Director and be responsible for managing a well-established team of individuals within the finance department.

Together with the management of your team this role will include:

Monthly management accounts and month end close

Accruals and prepayments

VAT compliance and submission

Corporation tax compliance and submission

Yearend completion and reporting

Intercompany accounts and reconciliations

Forecasting, cash flows, budgeting

Reviewing and streamlining processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of information and to improve the reporting process for the business

What you will need to be successful

Ideally a qualified accountant you will need to demonstrate a background of working within the SME arena and be someone who is able to really get to grips with the numbers whilst also being able to manage and effectively support your team. The role does require someone with a management background and an ability to support the team and the business is looking for someone committed and able to prioritise.
