Finance Manager - Guildford - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

The role

This successful and growing business are seeking a Finance Manager with strong accounting experience to manage a full range of financial activity. Reporting into the CFO, key areas of the role would include management accounting, general ledger management and quarterly VAT returns. Other duties will include:

  • Management of Accounts Payable & Accounts receivable functions

  • Multicurrency cashbook posting & bank reconciliations

  • Management of Cash flow

  • Preparation of monthly payroll

  • Management of monthly payments to European partners

  • Processing of staff expenses

  • Preparation and submission of various Statutory Returns

  • Preparation for audits

What you'll need to be successful

With experience already gained and having already worked in a similar role, you will have experience in the above duties. You will also need to have:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar position

  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Proficient Excel skills (V look ups & pivot tables)

  • The capability to manage a busy workload
