Finance Manager - High Wycombe - Paying up to £55,000 per annum, with additional benefits

Wade Macdonald are working exclusively with a fantastic company based in High Wycombe with the recruitment of a Finance Manager to support, mentor and develop the talented finance function. Market-leaders within the Distribution industry, the organisation are extremely successful and known globally.

Responsibilities of Finance Manager:

  • Manage and develop finance function, from general ledger, reporting to treasury.

  • Implement new processes to strive improvement with streamlining procedures.

  • Ensure continuous quality of all financial reporting.

  • Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are complete.

  • Plan and delegate work, ensuring successful month, quarterly and full year close.

  • Liaison with other departments within the business, ensuring all reports are fulfilled.

  • Support the Financial Controller where needed.

What are we looking for....

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • Shared Service experience desirable.

  • Experience managing a small team.

  • Process driven individual that strives for improvement.
