Finance Manager - Near Hammersmith - Paying up to £55,000 with benefits

Wade Macdonald are working in partnership with a unique company within the FMCG market, based near Hammersmith. This exciting new opportunity has arisen and my client are seeking a Finance Manager. This full-bodied new role will be pivotal with executing process improvements as well as producing management accounts.

Responsibilities of Finance Manager:

Work closely and assist the Financial Controller, developing policies and controls that ensures successful management of financials.
Liaise with Finance team ensuring timely and accurate delivery of management accounts.
Design and implement management reporting packs for subsidiaries.
Balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations are performed as part of the management accounts.
Manage and develop members of the finance team.
Involvement with variety of projects, supporting the Financial Controller.

Key Skills & Background:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or Qualified by experience.
Previous experience managing a sizable team.
Proven ability to work within a very fast-paced environment.
Possess commercial and business acumen.
