Expenses Clerk- £21,000 - £23,000 - Bracknell

The company

A fantastic well-established business based in Bracknell. Due to a rapid period of growth this dynamic business are looking for an Expenses Clerk to join their busy team.

The role

The duties of Expenses Clerk would include:

  • Processing & monitoring of employee expenses

  • Resolution of employee expense queries

  • Management of credit card reconciliations

  • Preparations of reports

  • Assist with new process implementation

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous experience of expenses

  • Previous experience of multi-currency invoice processing

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V look ups & Pivot tables)

  • Excellent communication as you will be speaking to people across the business
