Expenses Clerk- £21,000 - £23,000 - Bracknell
The company
A fantastic well-established business based in Bracknell. Due to a rapid period of growth this dynamic business are looking for an Expenses Clerk to join their busy team.
The role
The duties of Expenses Clerk would include:
Processing & monitoring of employee expenses
Resolution of employee expense queries
Management of credit card reconciliations
Preparations of reports
Assist with new process implementation
What you'll need to be successful
Previous experience of expenses
Previous experience of multi-currency invoice processing
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V look ups & Pivot tables)
Excellent communication as you will be speaking to people across the business
