** European Compensation & Benefits Analyst - 14 Month FTC - Wokingham - £35,000 to £42,000 (DOE) + Benefits **

The Company & Role
Wade Macdonald HR are partnering with a great business services provider in Wokingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the European Compensation & Benefits team. The successful candidate will be involved in all areas relating to reward, ensuring policy and practice is aligned with the Company reward strategy.

What you'll need to be successful
The ideal candidate will be: -

  • Highly numerate with the ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, recognise implications and suggest solutions
  • HRIS/IT experience - Workday would be advantageous and advanced Excel is a must
  • Experience of operating with confidential information
  • Ability to work to deadlines and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and ability to target content for the audience.
  • European experience a bonus
