EMEA Senior Human Resources Manager

The company
A highly impressive and progressive organisation with a great reputation as an employer and one that truly looks after its people are seeking an EMEA Senior Human Resources Manager to maintain and influence their people culture and work strategically across the business.
The role
Working with the senior management team across EMEA this role forms part of the leadership team and will ensure that HR is supported both from a strategic standpoint but also that the people culture in the business is in line with the business culture.
Management of HR policies and procedures, changing and adapting this across multiple sites when required
Work with the leadership team in ensuring a diverse work is in place to deliver on the growth expectations of the organisation
Drive improvements and work with senior management to identify changes required
Advice, mentor and coach management teams
Ensure legal compliance
Performance management, development planning and employee engagement
Maintain an up to date and accurate HR database
Reviewing HR metrics
Work at a global level to ensure best practice across the organisation
Work with leadership teams on acquisitions and integration of people into the business following acquisitions
Travel across the EMEA region - approximately 25-35%
What you will need to be successful
A qualified CIPD profession already able to demonstrate a successful career and background of working within a Global or EMEA role, you will need to have knowledge of working across EMEA and be knowledgeable in the HR practices for this region.
Be able to effectively communicate with a leadership team based globally
Management background, including mentoring, appraising and coaching
A background of process improvement
Flexibility to travel across the EMEA region
In additional to superb communication skills fluency in an additional European language would be highly desirable.
