EMEA Purchase Order Administrator

£25,000 - £27,000 - Uxbridge, Middlesex

The company

Impressive organisation with state of the art offices and offering an exceptional working environment require someone to join them as a Purchasing Administrator.

The role

This is a hands on role in which you will deal with:

  • Administration of PO's for EMEA

  • Deal with queries regarding purchase orders

  • Create purchase reporting

  • Reviewing aged purchase orders

  • Deal with vendors

  • Approved requests from vendors

  • Work with the accounts payable / purchase ledger teams

  • Manage the vendors list

What you'll need to be successful

In addition the company require people who are:

  • Approachable

  • Have experience in purchase orders and processing, maintain and authorising them

  • Have good Excel and system skills
