The company & Role
Wade Macdonald is working with a global leader in technology who are looking to recruit a passionate Learning and Development Programme Manager to join their existing HR team based in Bourne End.
The Learning and Development Programme Manager will be responsible for creating, organising and implementing training programmes for the organisation. Focusing on learning engagement of employees by providing best in class learning tools and training delivery. The Program Manager will determine strategies, set priorities, monitor and evaluate progress as well as working alongside sales directors to develop and drive sales training across the EMEA region.
What you'll need to be successful
Previous experience of managing L&D programmes
Excellent understanding of sales training
Experience of delivering training across EMEA
Salesforce experience is desirable
Ability to motivate and influence your audience
