EMEA Invoice Administrator - £20,000 - £23,000 - Bracknell

The company

A fantastic well established global business based in Bracknell. Due to a rapid period of growth this fantastic business are looking for an EMEA Invoice Administrator to join their busy team.

The role

The duties of the EMEA Invoice Administrator would include:

  • Processing high volumes of internal and external multicurrency payments

  • Raising and processing of refunds

  • Cash allocations

  • Production of debit notes and credit notes

  • Resolution of internal and external queries

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous cashier experience

  • A good knowledge of multiple currencies

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proficient Microsoft Excel knowledge (V look ups & Pivot Tables)
