Deputy AR & Revenue Manager - Abingdon - £30,000_£33,000

The company

This international business with phenomenal growth and an exciting plan for continued expansion for the next 5 years are seeking to appoint an Deputy AR & Revenue Manager to become a vital part of the finance team.

The role

AR & Revenue Manager will take responsibility for the following areas:

  • Student Refunds
  • Managing Direct Debits
  • Month end procedures
  • Month-end Reconciliation
  • End to End invoicing

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in induction and orientation
  • Audit queries at Year-End
  • 1st Level Approval for student refunds & transfers
  • Service level Ownership
  • Process Improvement

What you will need to be successful

  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Capacity to understand and implement internal controls and process improvement
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a variety of cultural and ethnic stakeholder groups
  • The ability to monitor and maintain management information systems and procedures
  • The ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone with individuals and with a wide variety of organisations and audiences
  • Staff Management & Coaching experience
  • Meet and encourage the overall objectives/KPI's of both the finance & Revenue team
