Customer Support Agent - £20,000 - £23,000 - Goring

The role

Working in a small office, this is very much a non-call centre environment. As the lead Customer Support Agent, you will be a key point of contact with the responsibility of providing a first class service, in-keeping with the companies luxury brand. This company are very keen on training and developing staff, if you are not looking to develop your skills, this unfortunately won't be the right role for you.

Duties to include:

  • Supporting heads of departments with customer requirements
  • Assist the customer support supervisor with work-flow and resource planning
  • Conducting warranty investigations and efficiently advise in accordance to the company's warranty terms - full product training and training on warranty terms will be provided
  • Providing confident advice and management within company guidelines
  • Supporting eCommerce sales administration and integration using Sage 200 and WMS Snapfulfil
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationship between head office and company distribution centre

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous experience in a similar Customer Support role ideal, however, our client can offer support and training to candidates with the right attitude and ability
  • Could suit a graduate (or similar) with an interest in design or product development
  • Comfortable working with Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • A good humoured team player
  • A keen eye for detail and a positive manner
